Description: This is professional and technical work performed under the general directions of the Human Resource Manager. The Human Resource Generalist must exhibit outstanding analytical and communication skills; expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and conflict management skills; excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment; exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and training; communicating outcomes and effective at scheduling and methodical in the recruitment process. Requirements: Education and Experience:Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or other related degree.
