Description: This is professional and technical work performed under the general directions of the Human Resource Manager. The Human Resource Generalist must exhibit outstanding analytical and communication skills; expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and conflict management skills; excellent negotiation and problem-solving skillswith the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment; exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and training; communicating outcomes and effective at scheduling adn methodical in the recruitment process. Education and Experience: Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or other related degree. Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources or related field. Requirements: Minimum: Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration or related field. Minimum of three years of Human Resource related experience, in-depth knowledge of benefits administration required. Applicant must have technology experience in Microsoft Office. |
